Challenges: Implementation in approx. 200 commercial facilities. Complex logistics of the project implementation. Location of facilities in various places in Europe, incl. Poland, Germany, Slovakia, Croatia, Romania, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia.

Scope of work: coordination, production, fit out (equipment), as-built care.
