Götessons Design Group, a leading player in design and interior solutions, proudly announces the acquisition of Norco Interior. This strategic merger strengthens Götessons Design Group’s market position and creates a broader and more diversified portfolio of products and services.

“We are very pleased to become part of Götessons Design Group, and we look forward to leveraging the opportunities and expertise within the group to further enhance our offering. The merger strengthens our joint position as a complete supplier of customized interior concepts.”

says Ove Opseth, CEO of Norco Interior.

Norco Interior is a successful interior company operating in the Nordic region as well as Central and Eastern Europe. Norco Interior’s offering includes customized interiors for retail stores, restaurants, hotels and public environments. The company operates two major production facilities, one focused on wood processing and the other on metal fabrication. Together with an extensive network of subcontractors, this makes Norco Interior a complete and reliable partner delivering high-quality solutions. Norco Interior also includes SIAS Contract, a specialist in securing processes for interior projects primarily aimed at the hotel sector. SIAS Contract is involved from idea to finished solution and quality-assures delivery with carefully selected suppliers. For Götessons Design Group, the addition of Norco Interior is an important contribution that supports the shared vision “Human Design, Human Growth.”

“It feels very exciting to initiate a long-term collaboration with Norco Interior, which has developed in an admirable way in recent years.”

says Emil Johansson, CEO of Götessons Design Group.

“The companies will continue to operate as separate entities where we can provide support in functions that enable a focused approach to business development and sales. Together within the group, we will broaden our expertise and strengthen the group’s offering to architects, interior designers and customers in the Nordic market as well as internationally.”

concludes Emil.
